PMAC General Contracting Services

In order to provide an even higher level of service for the associations we manage, we formed PMAC, (Property Maintenance And Construction, LLC), which is a general contracting firm owned by Jake Needell.

Through PMAC, we offer:

• general property maintenance services
• project management services for capital improvements (including project development, planning, architecture, implementation, and construction workflow management)
• 24-hour emergency response and mitigation services (for fires, floods, mold damage, etc.)

At JSN Property Management, when we’re soliciting competitive bids for property management projects, we’re pleased to provide boards with a bid from PMAC as well.
