At JSN Property Management, we offer a full range of property management services, including:
  • Emergency services
  • Maintenance
  • Repairs
  • Landscaping
  • Snow removal
  • Capital improvement projects (such as roof replacement)
  • Garbage collection and recycling
  • Project management (for large capital improvement projects, we can plan, design, develop, and execute the project)
  • Staff management (if you need on-site property managers or employees, we will hire them, saving your HOA the trouble of setting up taxes, workers compensation and benefits)
  • Routine inspections of properties on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis (we check roads, land, fences, pools, clubhouses, lighting, walkways, alleys, and all other common areas; we also look for covenant violations and follow-up with enforcement)

From start to finish, we pay attention to every detail of a project, including:
•Identify the need for maintenance and/or repairs on properties
•Solicit competitive bids from qualified contractors
•Prepare a budget for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements
•Present our findings to the HOA board or association board
•Hire and supervise the contractors the HOA board chooses

We also have a separate company, PMAC (Property Maintenance and Construction, LLC), that offers general contracting services for maintenance, capital improvements and emergencies.
