We’ll Collect Them
Homeowners associations fees and community association fees are typically collected monthly, quarterly, or yearly.Our state-of-the-art Intranet system makes it easy for people to pay their assessment fees online by credit card or e-check. At any time of the day or night, homeowners and community members can log into their account and view all of their transactions, as well as their current balance.
At JSN Property Management, we handle all of the tasks associated with assessments and collections, including:
- bill homeowners or community members
- receive payments
- send delinquency notices to homeowners or community members who are behind on payment
- manage collection efforts with an attorney if an account becomes severely past due
- direct collection efforts with an attorney on foreclosures and bankruptcies
- provide information about HOA fees payments when properties are being transferred from one owner to another
- provide information about HOA fees payments when homeowners or community members are refinancing their properties
- coordinate notification and collection for special assessments on capital improvement projects
