Through State-Of-The-Art Intranet

At JSN Property Management, we’ve developed a state-of-the-art Intranet system that sets us apart from other association management companies. Our proprietary system gets raves from homeowners and board members alike, who appreciate the ease and convenience of online communications and payments. All of the information on the website is updated in “real time” and is the actual working information of the association. There’s never a delay or lag time with the reporting of information.

The Intranet system serves as a comprehensive databank, from which anyone who’s authorized can pull information. Around the clock, homeowners and board members can access information and take care of tasks – this proprietary software system functions as a robust, interactive tool, not merely a reporting tool.

Here’s a snapshot of what homeowners can access and do using our Intranet system:

  • check HOA account histories and balances
  • make HOA payments online
  • file requests for maintenance and repairs
  • reserve facilities (such as meeting rooms or clubhouses)
  • read alerts, newsletters, and board meeting minutes
  • review governing documents (such as bylaws and covenant declarants)
  • request forms (such as condominium disclosure documents)

Here’s a sampling of what board members and onsite property managers can access and do using the Intranet system:
  • review all financials (current receivables and payables, general ledgers, bank statements, tax returns, and audits)
  • track violations notices and resolutions
  • follow all delinquency notices and collections
  • retrieve management reports
  • check progress on maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements

In addition to offering convenient access for individual homeowners and board members, privileges can also be assigned to others who need to access information. For example, an attorney who’s been hired by an association board can log in and pull homeowners account statements, ledgers, and collections information.

The Intranet system has been designed to be easily tiered, so that access can be modified for homeowners, board members, support staff, accounting staff, attorneys, vendors, and onsite property managers.

In addition to online access, our office is also open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and we have someone on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to respond to emergencies.  A live person will always answer the phone – no need to deal with voice mail, recordings, or pagers.
