One of the most sensitive issues for homeowners association boards and community associations boards is the interpretation and enforcement of bylaws and covenants. If not handled properly, the situations can pit neighbor against neighbor and potentially divide an entire community.

The purpose of bylaws and covenants is to maintain the aesthetics of the property and continuity of community. At JSN Property Management, as part of our association management services, we customarily:

• Fulfill requests for documents (including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions)
• Send violations notices
• Enforce compliance with bylaws and covenants
• Work with board members, lawyers, and homeowners or community members to ensure a resolution when a situation arises
