JSN Property Management, LLC
Founded in 2007, JSN Property Management has grown to include 30 employees and a variety of properties and associations across the Front Range.

As we’ve expanded and added infrastructure behind the scenes (most notably our Intranet system), we continue to maintain the personal services and touches of a small business.

We assign a Community Manager to each association that we professionally manage, and each of these individuals has been trained by the Community Associations Institute and earned a professional designation of: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA); Association Management Specialist (AMS); and/or Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

No other association management company in Colorado has put the time, effort, and investment into the management protocols and systems that we’ve created to benefit homeowners and board members alike.

We are members of:

• Association of Property Management (APM)
• Community Associations Institute (CAI)

We pride ourselves on being the best in the industry, and on pushing the standards in our industry to higher levels.

Jake Needell, President And Founder
Jake Needell, the founder and owner of JSN Property Management, developed a passion for property management and real estate through years of managing homeowners associations and leasing condominium projects.  

After receiving a business degree from the University of Denver (with an emphasis in marketing, finance, and accounting), he formed JSN Property Management because he recognized that community and homeowners associations needed a more professional level of management services.

Jake has a passion for “helping associations correct the problems they currently face and changing the stigmas typically associated with management companies.” His leadership skills, ability to multi-task, and view of the big picture (including benefits and consequences) allow him to excel at association management.

Through JSN Property Management, he’s able to help boards and homeowners work through their problems, while providing a strong “backbone” for the community. One of the most satisfying aspects of his work is “the loyalty and personal relationships I’ve developed with clients.”

His philosophy of “do what it takes and always use good judgment” has served him well as he’s built JSN Property Management into one of the best in Colorado, and his aim is to change the industry as a whole. He plans to grow JSN into a national company, while still maintaining the “mom and pop” shop feeling of a small company. Toward that end, he’ll continue to bring the best resources and services together to create an efficient – and unmatched – property asset management service.

In his spare time, Jake enjoys skiing, running, and playing tennis.
